Overview of the ExhibitionThe Russia Communication and Information Electronics Exhibition (SVIAZ ICT) is the largest and most professional communications equipment exhibition in Eastern Europe, co-hosted and guided by the State Duma of Russia, the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, and the Russian Federal Communications Agency. In 2026, the exhibition overcame the impact of geopolitical factors and attracted more than 360 companies from China, Russia, and Belarus, showcasing the most cutting-edge products and services in the communications field as well as those developed specifically for the Russian market.Eltex Communications, PROTEI, T8, SUPERTEL, Bazis Telecom, Informtekhnika Group, FIBO, Trialink Group, LEO TELECO, TRIALINK GROUP, EXARA, Oulefeng, and others all have relatively large booths. In 2026, the exhibition will take place in two halls for display and transactions, covering an exhibition area of more than 15,000 square meters. The exhibition will be attended by professional visitors, including 15,400 business leaders, corporate executives, professional buyers, and scholars from 30 countries and 82 regions of Russia.
During the exhibition, the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, together with the Moscow Ruby Exhibition Hall and NP REAC, held the 8th Large-Scale Communication Forum Seminar. During this period, more than 30 conferences and seminars were held on topics such as the digital future, development of big data media, international communication seminars, innovative design, and sustainable development, jointly exploring the future development directions of the communication field in Russia. More than 30 Russian domestic media outlets, represented by Russia Today (RT), as well as numerous international media, competed to report on this exhibition and the communication forum seminar. The Russian state television conducted a series of related reports on this exhibition and broadcast live the opening ceremony of the exhibition and the forum.
